For over 25 years, she has provided coaching and consulting services to a variety of organizations, from not-for-profit to Fortune 500 service and manufacturing companies. Industries she has worked in or consulted to include construction, education, financial services, facilities management, health care, high technology, lending, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, real estate, and telecommunications.
Prior to working for her own consultancy, she led the organizational development and talent management teams for over 13 years at Providence Health & Services, a West coast not-for-profit health system, where her work included executive coaching, change management, culture assessment, employee engagement, and performance and talent management. She has also held management positions in property and facilities management and has successfully started and run her own facilities management business.

Stacey has a B.A. in psychology and a M.S. and Ph.D. in organizational psychology. She is a member of various professional groups, including the national Organizational Development Network, International Coach Federation and Association for Talent Development.
